Wherever possible, Katie sources local and seasonal produce, ensuring her bakes are fresh, flavourful and rooted in quality ingredients. From celebration cakes and loaf cakes to handmade quiches, sausage rolls, pies and savoury bakes, everything is prepared in small batches with a strong focus on taste and craftsmanship.
Katie is also open to flavour variations and special requests, working closely with customers to create bakes suited to different occasions.
