The story
Hinxden Farm Dairy is a family run dairy farm in Benenden, Kent, where the Manford family has farmed for four generations. What began with a small herd has grown into a trusted local dairy producing fresh milk and dairy products with care, knowledge and respect for the animals and land.
The farm is home to pedigree Guernsey and Holstein cows. In spring, summer and autumn, the cows graze the Kentish pastures, while in winter they are cared for in spacious straw barns and fed a balanced diet including home grown grass and maize silage.
Milk is pasteurised and bottled on the farm, then turned into a range of cream, yoghurt and crème fraîche. The dairy also supplies cheese and butter made using its own Guernsey milk. Every product is produced with a focus on freshness, quality and a clear connection from farm to table.
