Returns
Pantry & Non-Perishable Products
We accept returns for pantry and non-perishable items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unopened
- The item is unused
- The item is in its original packaging
- The item is in resalable condition
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on perishable goods, including but not limited to:
- Fresh food
- Refrigerated items
- Frozen products
- Produce
- Dairy products
- Any item with a short shelf life
We also cannot accept returns on any opened food products.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item(s)
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
